Who we are and what we do?

Jakoobcycles is Jacob and Jared Wolcendorf. Based in Warsaw, Poland, we design, build, service and restore all kinds of bikes for people around the world.

Jacob is the soul of the frame design. His artwork is the metalwork and construction. Jerry is the master of the airbrush, putting soul and style into the paintwork and varnishing.

We are people with a passion for bikes, and we love what we do. From our earliest years, bikes have been our life. Every spare moment was spent with our uncle in his blacksmith workshop. Using very simple tools, our uncle repaired bicycles, and under the guidance and tuition of this master craftsman, we learnt the fundamentals of mechanics. A few years later we decided to start our own business, establishing our cycle studio in 1991.

We have both been racing for over 16 years, and this has helped us gain unique knowledge on how to set up and maintain bikes to race standards so they will give the best back to the rider. Thanks to this expereince, you can be sure your bike is in good hands and will get serviced at the highest standard.

We love to share our knowledge and experience with our customers. What we do gives us much joy and satisfaction. Working with bikes is our great passion.
